Pulled Pork Tacos With Black Beans
- 3 pounds Pork Tenderloin
- 1 package (1.6 Oz. Size) McCormick Slow Cookers BBQ Pulled Pork Seasoning Mix
- 1/2 cups Ketchup
- 1/3 cups Vinegar
- 1/3 cups Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cups Water
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Black Beans, Rinsed And Drained
- 8 whole Taco Shells Or Tortillas
- 1 whole Head Of Lettuce, Chopped, Enough For Toppings
- 2 whole Tomatoes, Chopped
- 1 whole Jalapeno, Chopped
- Sour Cream, Enough For Toppings
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Enough For Toppings
- Your Favorite Salsa, As Desired For Topping
- Preheat the oven to 250u0b0F. Place the pork tenderloin in a glass baking dish. In a bowl mix together the seasoning packet, ketchup, vinegar and sugar. Pour the mix over the pork tenderloin and add the water to the bottom of the pan. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 3 hours.
- Remove the pork from the oven and shred using two forks. Return the shredded pork to the liquid and keep warm in the oven. Warm the beans in the microwave or in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Heat the taco shells or tortillas according to the package directions and fill with pork, beans and your favorite shredded cheeses, lettuce, chopped fresh tomatoes and toppings.
