Hamburger Cutlets Parmesan

  1. Preheat oven to 400u0b0.
  2. In large bowl, lightly toss beef with parsley, seasoned salt and pepper until well combined.
  3. Shape into 6 patties, 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Roll each patty in flour, coating both sides; then dip in egg; finally roll in crumbs.
  5. In hot oil in large skillet, cook patties until nicely browned on both sides. Arrange in one layer in 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish. Top each patty with a slice of Mozzarella; pour spaghetti sauce over all; then sprinkle with Parmesan.
  6. Bake 25 minutes, or until sauce is bubbly and cheese is melted.
  7. Makes 6 servings.
