Glazed Baked Yogurt Doughnuts
- FOR THE DOUGHNUTS:
- 2 cups Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 2 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
- 1/4 cups White Sugar
- 1/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 2/3 cups Milk
- 1/2 cups Greek Vanilla Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 whole Eggs
- FOR THE GLAZE:
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Milk
- Preheat oven to 375 F. Grease a 12-count standard size doughnut pan.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, salt, baking powder and cinnamon. Set aside.
- In another bowl, beat butter with sugars. Add the milk, yogurt and vanilla and the eggs, one at a time. Beat until combined. Add flour mixture and beat until just combined. Pour into prepared doughnut pan.
- Bake for 7-10 minutes or until doughnuts spring back when touched. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before glazing.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Dip cooled doughnuts in glaze or drizzle over the top.
