Stuffed French Toast
- 2 slices Sprouted Wheat Or Whole Grain Bread
- 1-1/2 Tablespoon Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cups Fresh Blueberries
- 1 whole Egg
- 1/2 cups Almond Milk
- 1 dash Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Canola Oil
- 1. Spread cream cheese over one slice of toast and place most of the blueberries on top. Place the second piece of bread on top.
- 2. In a shallow dish mix the egg, almond milk and cinnamon together. Place the cream cheese sandwich in the egg and milk combination, flipping after two minutes. Leave the other side soaking for two minutes as well.
- 3. In a small skillet heat the canola oil and place the sandwich in the oil. After three minutes flip and cook on the other side.
- 4. Top with the extra blueberries, maple syrup, whatever you like!
