Mari Lynn'S Ground Beef Casserole

• 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
• 1 beaten egg
• 1 chopped onion
• 1/2 medium chopped green pepper
• 1/2 c. crushed soda crackers
• 2/3 c. water
• 1/2 c. margarine
• 1 pkg. stuffing mix
• 2 stalks chopped celery
• 1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup

1. Combine meat,
2. egg,
3. 1/2
4. of
5. onion,
6. green
7. pepper and crackers.
8. Mix well.
9. Line 1 1/2-quart casserole with mixture, pressing evenly
10. over
11. bottom
12. andtp sides.
13. Combine 2/3 cup water and
14. margarine.
15. Heat until margarine melts.tdd stuffing mix and
16. other half of onion and celery.
17. Mix well.
18. Spoon into center
19. oftasserole.
20. Spoon soup over top.
21. Bake uncovered in a preheated 350u0b0 oven 1 hour.
22. Makes 4 to 5 servings. Good!
