Sugar Free Chocolate Brownies Recipe
- 4 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
- 4 Tablespoons Milk (1%)
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 2/3 cups Unsweetened Applesauce
- 1/2 cups Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 4 teaspoons Sweetleaf Stevia Powder
- 1/2 cups Total Of Chopped Nuts Or Chocolate Chips, Optional
- 1. Preheat oven to 325 F.
- 2. In a large bowl, cream together oil, milk, vanilla and applesauce.
- 3. Add cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, salt and Stevia and mix well.
- 4. Stir in optional add-in ingredients if desired.
- 5. Line an 8 by 8 baking dish with parchment paper.
- 6. Bake for 25-30 minutes and FALL in LOVE! YUM!
