Summer Fruit Pizza
- 6 ounces, weight Bittersweet Chocolate
- 1/2 cups Unsalted Butter, Cut Up
- 1-1/2 cup Granulated Sugar, Divided
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract, Divided
- 3/4 cups All-purpose Flour
- 3/4 cups Milk Chocolate Chips
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Room Temperature
- 2 cups Fresh Fruit
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Grease a 10-inch cake pan or pizza pan. Make sure to grease the cake pan well!
- In a medium saucepan melt the chocolate and butter together. After the chocolate is melted, add in 1 cup sugar and a pinch of salt. Stir until combined. Add in the eggs. Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla.
- Add in the flour and mix until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour into the baking dish and bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out almost clean. Be careful not to over bake. Let cool completely.
- For the frosting, mix the cream cheese, remaining 1/2 cup sugar, and remaining 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Spread evenly over the brownie. Top with desired fruit.
