Gourmet Monster Cookie
- 1/2 cups Butter
- 1-1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1-1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 cup White Sugar
- 3 whole Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Light Corn Syrup
- 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 4 cups Oatmeal
- 1/2 bags (Half Of A 12 Oz. Bag) Of Kraft Caramel Bits
- 3 ounces, weight Dark Chocolate
- 2 ounces, weight White Chocolate
- 2 Tablespoons Heath Toffee Bits
- Note: I just chopped the chocolate up with my butcher knife so I could pretend I was Ina Garten.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, beat together butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, white sugar, eggs, vanilla, corn syrup, and baking soda. Combine well, then add oatmeal, combine, then caramel, dark and white chocolate, and toffee bits.
- Place healthy-sized drops onto a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
