Berry Spinach Salad With Berry Balsamic Vinaigrette

  1. For the salad:
  2. Fill a large bowl with spinach. Top with berries, pecans and goat cheese. Drizzle with prepared vinaigrette and serve immediately.
  3. For the vinaigrette:
  4. Add dressing ingredients to a blender. Pulse until combined and the dressing is thick and smooth. If the seeds bother you strain through a sieve before serving. Store leftover dressing in the refrigerator.
