Sweet And Sour Pork

  1. Drain pineapple and reserve juice.
  2. Stir-fry pork for 3 minutes.
  3. Stir-fry vegetables for 2 minutes.
  4. Return all to wok. In bowl, mix pineapple juice and rest of ingredients.
  5. Stir into wok.
  6. Add snow peas.
  7. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  8. Serve over rice or with chow mein noodles.
