Layered Peppermint Pie

  1. Layer 13 cookies in bottom of an 8-inch spring-form pan. Combine milk and water with electric mixer; beat in pudding mix until blended.
  2. Chill 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the 3/4 cup crushed candy.
  4. Beat cream until stiff.
  5. Reserve 1/2 cup for garnish.
  6. Fold remaining whipped cream into pudding mixture.
  7. Pour half of mixture over cookies; repeat layers.
  8. Garnish with whipped cream and candies.
  9. Cover and chill at least 4 hours.
  10. Serves 12.
