Nutritious Muesli Cake
- 1 cup Castor Sugar
- 1 cup Butter Or Refined Oil
- 3 whole Eggs
- 2 cups Self Raising Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 cups Milk (or As Needed)
- 1 cup Muesli, Divided
- 1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon Powder
- Mix together sugar and butter or refined oil with a spoon till evenly mixed. Beat in eggs one by one and continue mixing. Then add flour and baking powder. Add milk if you find the mixture a little hard to handle. Keep mixing till the mixture leaves a definite trail when lifted with the spoon.
- Add in muesli and reserve about 2 tablespoonful to sprinkle on top of the cake. Add cocoa powder and cinnamon powder.
- Transfer to a cake bowl and sprinkle reserved muesli mix on top of the cake mixture. Put inside a preheated 180u0b0C (about 350u0b0F) oven and bake for about 30 minutes. Check by inserting a toothpick to see if it is baked fully. The toothpick should come out clean, without any traces of the cake mixture.
