Chicken Lo Mein

  1. Cook Chinese noodles according to package directions; reserve. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in wok or skillet.
  2. Add garlic and onions. Stir-fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add bok choy and stir-fry for 2 minutes . Add remaining oil if needed.
  4. Add chicken and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  5. Combine remaining ingredients and add to wok or skillet, along with noodles.
  6. Stir well.
  7. Heat until hot, about 2 minutes. Serve immediately.
  8. Serves 4.
