Cheddar Rosemary Scones

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 400u0b0.
  2. Use an ungreased baking sheet. 2. Combine flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, rosemary, chili pepper flakes, and cheese in a bowl stirring with a fork to mix well until the dough holds together. 3. Lightly flour a board and transfer dough to it.
  3. Form the dough into a ball but don't over handle. Flatten dough to 3/4 inch thick disc. 4. Cut into 8 wedges. Transfer to baking sheet.
  4. Brush with butter. 5. Bake for 15-17 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
  5. Serve warm.
