Susan’S S’Mores Bars
- 1/2 cups Butter, Softened
- 3/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1-1/3 cup Flour
- 3/4 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 4 bars Hershey's Milk Chocolate Bars, 1.5 Ounce Bars
- 1 cup Marshmallow Creme
- Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease an 8-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add egg and vanilla; beat until combined.
- In a small bowl, combine flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder and salt. Add to butter mixture and beat until combined. Press half of dough into prepared pan, spreading evenly. Lay chocolate bars in an even layer over dough. Spread marshmallow fluff over chocolate. Spread remaining dough over marshmallow. Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
