Sushi Salad

  1. Wash and cut chop lettuce and place in a bowl. Top with rice. Crush up seaweed sheets and sprinkle over. Place shredded crab on top.
  2. Cut eggs and put on top of the crab. Cut the avocado and place around the eggs.
  3. Add the dressing and dig in!
  4. To make the dressing, in a separate bowl, whisk together wasabi, sesame oil, extra virgin olive oil, soya sauce, rice vinegar and ginger. Taste and adjust to preference.
