Jambalaya
- 2 lb. Uncle Ben's converted rice
- 4 c. liquid
- 2 lb. Boston Butt Pork Roast, chopped
- 2 lb. Smokey Hollow Beef Sausage
- 2 lb. Smokey Hollow Pork Sausage, spicy or mild
- 1 lb. onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 2 large bell peppers, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- parsley
- 2 bunches of green onions, chopped
- 2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
- 2 cans mushroom
- 2 can Rotel Tomatoes
- Brown meat, then sausage.
- Add seasonings, mushroom, and Rotel Tomatoes.
- Cook until tender.
- Then add parsley, and green onions.
- Cook for a minutes longer.
- Then add all the liquid. Once it boils, put the rice in and cook about 10 minutes.
