Creamy Blueberry Crescent Rolls
- 8 ounces, weight Refrigerated Crescent Rolls
- 4 ounces, weight Light Cream Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1/2 cups Blueberries
- 1 Tablespoon Butter, Melted
- Cinnamon Sugar, For Garnish (optional)
- Preheat oven to 375 F. Unroll crescent roll dough and divide into four rectangles, sealing all seams tightly.
- Mix together cream cheese and sugar. Add about a tablespoon of cream cheese mixture onto each rectangle, spread evenly over each piece of dough, leaving about 1/2 an inch border around the edges. Add blueberries evenly over cream cheese mixture. Seal dough by bringing opposite corner to each other, seal tightly to make a triangle!
- Bake for 11 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet. Take out of oven and spread melted butter over each triangle, sprinkle with cinnamon & sugar, bake another 3 minutes.
