Nutella Banana Stuffed French Toast
- 6 slices Stale Bread (A Few Days Old)
- 6 teaspoons Nutella
- 3 teaspoons Almond Butter
- 1 Banana
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 cups Half-and-Half Cream
- 1 Tablespoon Coconut Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 Tablespoon Rum Cream
- 2 Tablespoons Canola Oil
- 3 Tablespoons Organic Maple Syrup
- Take bread slices and spread Nutella on each slice. Drop 1/2 teaspoon almond butter on each slice, in chunks. Slice banana into thin round slices and cover each slice of bread.
- Put together two slices like a sandwich. Cut in half.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and rum cream. Place bread into batter. Take out and let excess batter drip off.
- Heat canola oil in a pan and cook french toast until golden brown, about 10 minutes. Turn over. Cook an additional 10 minutes and remove from pan.
- Dust with icing sugar. Drizzle maple syrup on top. Serve with additional banana slices and fresh raspberries, or any type of fruit you have.
