Nutella Banana Stuffed French Toast

  1. Take bread slices and spread Nutella on each slice. Drop 1/2 teaspoon almond butter on each slice, in chunks. Slice banana into thin round slices and cover each slice of bread.
  2. Put together two slices like a sandwich. Cut in half.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs, cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and rum cream. Place bread into batter. Take out and let excess batter drip off.
  4. Heat canola oil in a pan and cook french toast until golden brown, about 10 minutes. Turn over. Cook an additional 10 minutes and remove from pan.
  5. Dust with icing sugar. Drizzle maple syrup on top. Serve with additional banana slices and fresh raspberries, or any type of fruit you have.
