Peach Cobbler
- FOR THE CRUMBLE:
- 1 cup Flour
- 1/4 cups Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/8 teaspoons Salt
- 8 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 Egg
- 4 Tablespoons Heavy Whipping Cream
- FOR THE PEACH FILLING:
- 6 Peaches, Pitted And Cut Into Large Cubes
- 1/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cups Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/3 cups Walnuts, Crushed
- Preheat oven to 375u0b0F.
- In a medium-sized bowl, add flour. sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut butter into cubes and add to your flour mixture. Using a pastry cutter or your fingers, press butter into flour until it resembles a crumble mixture. Add an egg, and mix together. Add whipping cream, 1 tablespoon at a time, until flour is no longer loose. (It will be sticky.)
- In a large bowl, add peaches, brown sugar, sugar, baking powder, and walnuts. Mix. Add peach filling into a pie dish, or whatever dish you want to use. Top with crumble mixture and spread out to cover all the peaches.
- Bake 40-50 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
