Spinach & Sausage Quiche
- 1 Frozen Pie Crust
- 1/8 cups Softened, Chopped Onion
- 4 Eggs
- 1/2 cups Cooked, Crumbled Sausage
- 1 cup Chopped, Cooked Spinach (if Previously Frozen, Make Sure Spinach Is Completely Drained)
- 3/4 cups Shredded Chddar Cheese
- 3 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
- Lay crust in a pie pan or quiche pan. Poke holes in crust with a fork and pre-bake crust for 10 minutes.
- Soften onions, either in a skillet or microwave.
- In a bowl, mix eggs, crumbled sausage, spinach, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and softened onions. Mix until completely combined.
- Pour mix into pie crust and bake for 30 minutes. At the 30-minute mark, take the quiche out of the oven and with a fork, stir the egg mixture. This will help ensure a more even cooking process.
- Put the quiche back into the oven for another 10 minutes, or until completely cooked through. The amount of time needed to finish will vary.
