100% Whole Wheat Cheese Bites

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 180 C. Sift flour and salt together in a bowl.
  2. 2. Add oregano and cheese and toss to combine.
  3. 3. Mix in the sour cream. Then put the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead the dough for 15-20 minutes.
  4. 4. Roll the dough until it's paper thin then cut into squares (your preferred cracker size).
  5. 5. Arrange the dough squares in a single layer on a greased baking tray and pierce a hole in each square with a fork.
  6. 6. Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly brown. Remove from oven.
  7. 7. Sprinkle some chaat masala or salt over the top. Shake well and start munching!
