100% Whole Wheat Cheese Bites
- 1-1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 3/4 cups Cheese, Grated (your Preferred Kind; I Used Cheddar)
- 1/2 cups Sour Cream
- 1 teaspoon Chaat Masala Or Salt (to Sprinkle)
- 1. Preheat oven to 180 C. Sift flour and salt together in a bowl.
- 2. Add oregano and cheese and toss to combine.
- 3. Mix in the sour cream. Then put the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead the dough for 15-20 minutes.
- 4. Roll the dough until it's paper thin then cut into squares (your preferred cracker size).
- 5. Arrange the dough squares in a single layer on a greased baking tray and pierce a hole in each square with a fork.
- 6. Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly brown. Remove from oven.
- 7. Sprinkle some chaat masala or salt over the top. Shake well and start munching!
