Stuffed Green Peppers(Microwave)

  1. In medium glass bowl, crumble ground beef.
  2. Stir in onions. Heat at High 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes, or until beef loses pink color.
  3. Stir once; drain.
  4. Stir in 1 can tomato sauce, water, 1 tablespoon cheese, salt and pepper.
  5. Heat, covered with plastic wrap, at High 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes.
  6. Stir in rice; let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
  7. Cut peppers in half lengthwise; remove seeds and rinse.
  8. Spoon beef and rice filling into each half; place in oblong baking dish.
  9. Top with remaining sauce and cheese.
  10. Cover with plastic wrap.
  11. Heat at High 10 to 12 minutes, or until peppers are tender.
  12. Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes before serving.
