Italian Lamb Chop And Potato Bake

  1. Coat small roasting pan with Crisco or Pam.
  2. Trim chops; rub with 1 clove of garlic.
  3. Arrange chops in pan.
  4. Mix bread crumbs, parsley, chopped garlic, salt and pepper; set aside.
  5. Mix cut potatoes with a bit of oil, salt and pepper.
  6. Set aside.
  7. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top of chops.
  8. Drizzle oil over crumbs.
  9. Spread potatoes on top of chops and bread crumbs.
  10. Add water into each corner.
  11. Bake at 375u0b0; cover with foil the first 1/2 hour.
  12. Remove foil; continue baking until potatoes brown and chops are fork-tender.
  13. Potatoes should also be soft.
  14. Total cooking time: 1 1/2 hours.
