Spinach With Artichoke Hearts
- 40 ounces, weight Frozen, Chopped Spinach (4 Packages Of 10 Oz. Each)
- 1 whole Onion, Small, Chopped
- 2 cans Cream Of Mushroom Soup (10.75 Oz. Can)
- 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
- 6 ounces, weight Canned Artichoke Hearts, Drained And Halved
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Sautee the onion.
- Cook the spinach according to the package directions. Drain. Add soup, onion, and lemon juice to spinach. Set aside.
- Mix sour cream and mayonnaise until well combined. Stir into the spinach mixture. Finally, stir in artichoke hearts.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until heated through.
- This can be made ahead and heated later. If refrigerated, the cooking time will increase.
