Chinese Pork With Vegetables

  1. Cut meat into strips 2 to 3 inches long and brown in skillet. Turn occasionally.
  2. While meat is browning, dissolve 1 beef cube into boiling water and salt.
  3. Add bouillon to meat; over that put carrots and beans.
  4. Cook 5 minutes; add celery.
  5. Cook 10 to 15 minutes.
  6. Measure cornstarch and add cold water and 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
  7. Stir until well mixed and smooth.
  8. Then stir into meat mixture.
  9. Cook for 2 minutes.
  10. Serve over cooked rice.
  11. Add soy sauce, if desired.
