Vegetable Bars
- 3/4 c. green onions, chopped very fine
- 3/4 c. carrots, chopped very fine
- 3/4 c. fresh broccoli, chopped very fine
- 3/4 c. tomatoes, chopped very fine
- 3/4 c. cauliflower, chopped very fine
- 3/4 c. cheese (any kind), chopped very fine
- 3/4 c. fresh mushrooms (optional), chopped very fine
- 3/4 c. pimento (optional), chopped very fine
- 2 tubes Pillsbury crescent rolls
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. salad dressing
- 1 (1 oz.) pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
- Cover bottom of large jelly roll pan (10 x 15-inch) with rolls, pressing together.
- Bake at
- 350u0b0 for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool.
- Mix together cream cheese, salad dressing and dressing mix. Spread on cooled baked roll dough and sprinkle with vegetables and cheese.
- Press down so they stick.
- Chill.
- Cut in very small squares.
- Enjoy!
