South Of The Border Soup
- 1 pound Ground Meat, Browned And Seasoned
- 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Fire Roasted Tomatoes
- 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Chili Beans
- 1 can Cream Of Chicken Soup, Condensed
- 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Refried Beans
- 1/2 jars Salsa (20 Ounce Jar, Medium Heat)
- 2 teaspoons Garlic Salt
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 2 cups Water
- 2 cups Jack Cheese
- 1 cup Yogurt, Plain
- 1 bag Tortilla Chips
- I had a pound of browned ground beef and half an hour to throw something together for the crock pot before we left. It turned out so good, my family wants it again soon!
- First, put your browned ground beef into the pot. Add all the cans and the salsa. Mix in the garlic salt and cumin and then add water to your liking. If you like it really thick, don't add much. I used about 2 cups. Top with Jack cheese and turn the crock pot on low for 3 hours.
- When you are ready to eat, just mix up the cheese into the soup and serve!
- Serve with crushed tortilla chips and sour cream or yogurt as condiments
