Egg Burjee!
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1/2 whole Red Onion, Chopped
- 1/2 whole Tomato, Chopped
- 1 whole Green Chili Pepper, Chopped
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
- 1 pinch Red Chili Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Mustard Seeds
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- Put a small skillet on the stove. Add in oil. Sprinkle some mustard seeds and allow them to pop. Then add in turmeric powder and red chilli powder; stir. Throw in the chopped green chili, then throw in the onion and fry until onion turns golden.
- Now throw in tomato and let it saute for a minute or two. Crack in both the eggs one at a time onto the skillet mixture and quickly give them a thorough stir. Do not allow eggs to settle in there. Add salt for taste. Keep on stirring the mixture until it gets completely dry and eggs are cooked.
- Eat the eggs with the bread of your choice.
