Apples N’ Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies
- 1 package (about 18 Oz.) Oatmeal Cookie Mix, Plus Ingredients Called For On Package
- 1 bag (about 10 Oz.) Peanut Butter Chips
- 1 bag (about 8 Oz.) Dried Apples
- 4 ounces, weight White Almond Bark
- 2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1. In a large bowl, prepare oatmeal cookies as directed on the package. Stir in peanut butter chips and dried apples.
- 2. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Set the oven to the temperature indicated on the cookie mix package.
- 3. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and cool completely.
- 4. While cookies cool, melt almond bark in the microwave according to package directions.
- 4. Stir in peanut butter and cinnamon until it reaches a smooth consistency. Allow to cool for a few minutes.
- 5. Stuff cooled icing into a piping bag or zip top bag. Snip the edge and drizzle over cookies.
