Apple Pie Granola
- 3 cups Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 cup Chopped Walnuts
- 2 teaspoons Apple Pie Spice
- 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cups Unsweetened Applesauce
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 1 Tablespoon Melted Coconut Oil
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Line a large baking pan with a silicone mat or parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine oats, walnuts, apple pie spice, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together brown sugar, applesauce, honey, and coconut oil until thoroughly combined. Pour wet ingredients over oats and stir well, ensuring that he oat mixture is entirely covered.
- Spread granola evenly onto prepared baking sheet and place into oven. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown, stirring every 10 minutes to avoid burring.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely on baking tray. Enjoy!
