Sweet Rolls With Chocolate

  1. For the filling, in a small bowl, combine cocoa powder, butter and agave syrup. Whisk well.
  2. For the dough, sprinkle yeast into 1/2 cup lukewarm milk or water. Let sit until mixture is foamy.
  3. In a large bowl, mix flour, eggs, butter and remaining milk. Add activated yeast mixture. Knead until a soft dough forms. Cover dough with plastic wrap and place in a warm spot. Let rise for 1/2 hour.
  4. On a lightly floured surface, roll out dough into a square. Cut crosswise into 1-inch (2cm) wide pieces. Clean knife after each slice to make it easier to cut. Cover and let them rise for about 1/2 hour.
  5. Heat oven to 350u0b0F (180u0b0C).
  6. Brush rolls with egg yolk. Bake for about 25-30 minutes (depends on your oven) and take them out when they have a nice golden color. Let cool a little bit before serving.
