- 1 cup Canned Whole Cranberries In Natural Juices
- 1 cup Mixed Nuts, Chopped
- 1 cup Whipped Cream Topping (Like Cool Whip At Room Temperature, Or Reddi-Whipped Canned Topping)
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Orange Zest
- Note: Preparation time does not include 1 hour refrigeration time.
- In a mixing bowl, add mandarin oranges and whole cranberries, and stir gently to mix. Coarsely chop the mixed nuts and set aside on a clean work surface.
- Using dessert cups, fluted glasses. glass stemware, or whatever you like, add 2 inches of mixed nuts to the bottom of each dessert vessel, followed by several tablespoons of orange/cranberry mixture. Next add several spoons of whipped topping (of your choice). Repeat one more layer of each.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 1 hour before serving. Add orange zest to the top of each dessert just before serving and enjoy! This one is a favorite of ours.
