Ham Ball

  1. Leave cream cheese out to soften.
  2. Chop all of the ham real fine.
  3. Reserve enough to roll ham ball in, and set aside.
  4. Now take the soften cream cheese, and put in a bowl, and grate onion on top.
  5. Then add the chopped pimento.
  6. Mix ham with cheese mixture.
  7. Pour worcestershire sauce in, and
  8. mix real good with your hands.
  9. Roll into ball with wet hands.
  10. Then place the ball on plate with reserved ham, and
  11. cover the ball real good on top and sides with reserved ham.
  12. Place on tray and cover with plastic wrap, until ready to serve.
  13. You can make early.
  14. Serve with veg. crackers or wheat or even Ritz crackers.
