Lasagna Rolls
- 2 2/3 cups ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup finely grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup finely grated provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 8 - 10 twists of fresh cracked pepper or 1/4 tsp.
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. fresh minced parsley
- 5 rigata style lasagna noodles, cooked al dente, patted dry
- parmesan meatballs - optional
- 2/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, additional
- 2 tsp. fresh minced parsley, additional
- 3 to 4 cups tomato sauce of choice
- Combine first six ingredients in a bowl.
- Stir thoroughly to blend. cover and refrigerate at least one hour.
