Clarissia Sue’S Bundt Cake
- 1 package (about 18 Oz.) Cake Mix
- Water, As Per Cake Mix Package Directions
- Oil, As Per Cake MixPackage Directions
- 3-1/2 ounces, weight Instant Pudding Mix (1 Package)
- 4 whole Eggs

- SIMPLE GLAZE:
- 1 Tablespoon Melted Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups Powdered Sugar
- Mix all ingredients together and beat for 2 minutes. Make sure to get all the big lumpy dry spots out.
- Grease and flour a bundt pan (I use Crisco Shortening). Pour in the cake batter. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes, until the cake springs back to touch.
- Glaze or frost the cake while warm. I glaze my cakes with a simple glaze-just mix the glaze ingredients together.
- Easy flavor variations:
- 1. Chocolate - chocolate cake mix and pudding mix
- 2. Lemon - yellow cake mix, lemon pudding mix (you can also add poppy seeds)
- 3. Cinnamon - yellow cake mix and pudding, alternate batter and cinnamon sugar mix, beginning and ending with batter.
- You can always change the flavor of the glaze depending on the flavor of the cake.
