Taco Salad
- 1 pound Hamburger
- 1 whole Red Onion, Diced
- 2 Tablespoons Taco Seasoning
- 1/8 cups Water
- 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Black Beans, Rinsed
- 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Kidney Beans, Rinsed
- 1 whole Yellow Pepper, Diced
- 1 can (14.5 Oz. Can) Sweet Corn, Drained
- 2 bags (about 8 Oz. Size) Iceberg Lettuce
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- 2 whole Tomatoes, Diced
- 1 bottle (about 8 Oz. Bottle) Ranch Dressing
- Brown the hamburger and onion together over medium heat until the hamburger is browned. Then add seasoning and water, simmer until the consistency thickens. Remove from heat and add beans, pepper and corn. Allow the mixture to cool-this should take about 15 minutes.
- Grab a big bowl and mix lettuce, cheese and tomatoes with the meat mixture. Pour the ranch dressing over everything and serve with nacho chips.
