Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats
- 2 Tablespoons Low Fat Cream Cheese, Softened
- 2-1/2 Tablespoons Natural Strawberry Jam, Divided
- 1 cup Strawberries, Sliced
- 1-1/2 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt, Divided
- 1 cup Quaker(R) Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 cup 1% Dairy Milk
- In a small bowl, stir together the softened cream cheese and 1 1/2 tablespoon of strawberry jam until smooth and creamy. Divide the mixture between cups, spreading out on the bottom.
- Divide the sliced strawberries on top of the cheesecake layer. Then, layer 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt into each cup.
- In a medium bowl, stir together the remaining Greek yogurt, oats and milk until creamy and well mixed. Divide between cups, and place into the refrigerator overnight.
- In the morning, top each cup with 1/2 tablesooon of the remaining strawberry jam, mix together and devour.
