Spicy Michelada
- 1 Tablespoon Maggi Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Tabasco Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoons Fish Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoons Tajin Seasoning
- 1/2 whole Lime, Juiced
- 1/2 whole Lemon, Juiced
- 3 drops Habanero Hot Sauce
- 1 cup Ice Cubes
- 5 ounces, fluid Tomato Juice
- 6 ounces, fluid Pilsner Beer
- Make the pre-mix a day (or night) ahead to let all of the flavors develop. Trust me, it's a knockout mix of flavors.
- Add Maggi, Tabasco, Worchestershire, fish sauce, Tajin, lime juice, lemon juice, and habanero sauce to a small container. Stir well, cover, and place in the refrigerator overnight.
- The following day, fill a glass with ice cubes. If you want, you can rim the glass with Tajin seasoning. I prefer not to as there is so much flavor in the pre-mix.
- Pour the pre-mix into the glass, then the tomato juice. Stir, then top with beer. Sip and enjoy. This pre-mix is so robust it will possibly have you second guessing that bloody mary. Enjoy!
