Tater Tot & Sausage Breakfast Casserole
- 2 cups Frozen Tater Tots
- 1 pound Pork Breakfast Sausage
- 6 Eggs
- 1/2 cans (10 Oz. Size) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 1/4 cups Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Dried Parsley
- 2 Tablespoons Dried Minced Onion
- 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 teaspoons Garlic Salt
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese Of Your Choice
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a 9x9 inch baking sheet with oil and cover bottom of dish with frozen tater tots and set aside.
- Brown sausage in a medium sized skillet over medium heat. When the sausage is done, drain off the grease and dump it on top of the tater tots.
- In a bowl combine the eggs, cream of mushroom soup, milk, parsley, minced onion, red pepper flakes and garlic salt. Beat until mixed through and pour over the sausage and tots.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes or until eggs are cooked through. Remove dish from oven. Top with cheese, then put it back into the oven and bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted. Enjoy!
