Teeling’S With Tea Cocktail

  1. Add all ingredients except soda water to a cocktail shaker without ice and "dry shake" to froth the egg white. Add ice and shake again.
  2. Strain into a highball glass without ice and top with soda water.
  3. For the black tea simply syrup:
  4. Boil water and add tea bag. Let steep for 5 minutes, then discard tea bag. Add sugar and stir until it has dissolved. Cool before using.
