Orange Almond Yogurt Cake

  1. For the cake:
  2. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Butter an 8-inch round cake pan.
  3. Cream butter with brown sugar and maple syrup. Add egg, yogurt, vanilla, orange zest and orange juice.
  4. Stir flour, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Pour into pan. Bake until a cake tester comes out clean, about 20-25 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack.
  5. For the orange drizzle:
  6. Whisk zest, orange juice and maple syrup. Mix in the orange segments. Drizzle on top of the prepared cake and serve.
