Tennessee Sweet ‘N Sassy Bbq Sauce

  1. In saucepan stir together the brown sugar and all the dry ingredients.
  2. In a bowl combine all the liquid ingredients. Whisk to blend the liquid ingredients, then add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Cook over medium heat until brown sugar dissolves.
  3. Makes about 3 cups. Store covered in refrigerator. Use on poultry, pork, or even beef.
  4. This BBQ sauce is sweet and tangy, but mild on the heat. For more kick, just add more cayenne pepper to suit your taste!
  5. *(Frank's RedHot Sweet Chili Sauce is a new product and may not yet be available in most grocery stores. Heinz chili sauce may be substituted for Frank's).
