Crazy Good Strawberry Cake
- 1 box (18.25 Oz. Box) White Cake Mix
- 1 box (3.5 Oz) Strawberry Jell-O
- 1/2 cups Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 cups Water
- 4 whole Eggs
- 1 box (10 Oz) Frozen Strawberries In Syrup, Divided
- 1 pound Powdered Sugar
- 1 stick Butter, Softened
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine cake mix, Jell-o, oil, water, eggs, and half of the frozen strawberries. Mix until smooth. Pour into a greased and floured cake pan. A bundt pan really works the best. Bake for 30 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
- After the cake is done, allow to cool completely. Meanwhile, mix softened butter, powdered sugar, and remaining half of strawberries to make icing. Icing will be fairly runny, almost like a glaze. When cake is cool, pour icing over the top.
