Stir Fried Pork

  1. In medium bowl, toss pork loin with 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper. In a large fry pan or wok, heat 1 Tbsp. oil.
  2. Add half the pork and cook, stirring until browned, 2-3 minutes.
  3. Remove, Repeat with another Tbsp. oil and remaining pork.
  4. Remove.
