Okara(Bean Curd Residue Dish)

  1. Cut
  2. mushroomstn
  3. small
  4. strips and boil (in water in which mushrooms have been soaked) together with shrimp for 10 minutes. Add
  5. carrots
  6. and
  7. beans
  8. until tender.
  9. Season with shoyu,
  10. salt, sugar
  11. and
  12. gourmet powder and cook few minutes longer.
  13. Heat
  14. a large skillet, adding oil.tdd the vegetable mixture
  15. andttir inthe okara until well blended, stirring constantly to prevent burning on the bottom.
  16. Add green onions a few minutes before removing from stove.
  17. Okara should be dry and flaky.
  18. It is also good and healthy!
