Chicken Breast Chunks With Mushrooms And Lemon

  1. Cut chicken into bite size chunks and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in skillet; add chicken and brown all over.
  3. Add garlic and saute 5 minutes over medium heat.
  4. Turn chicken pieces over.
  5. Add lemon slices, mushrooms, wine, oregano and parsley. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  6. Cook chicken over low heat, partially covered, for 10 minutes.
  7. Serve with favorite vegetable.
