Garden Spiral Salad

  1. Cook pasta spirals in 4 quarts of boiling water (salt if desired) for 9 to 11 minutes or until tender.
  2. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool.
  3. Combine the remaining ingredients, except for the Italian dressing, and chill.
  4. When ready to serve, toss the salad mixture with the Italian dressing.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serves 6 to 8.
