Nutty Butterscotch Granola
- 3 cups Old Fashioned Oats
- 1/4 cups Light Brown Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cloves
- 1/4 teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 3 Tablespoons Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Real Maple Syrup
- 1/4 cups Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 1/2 cups Roughly Chopped Toasted And Salted Mixed Nuts
- 1/2 cups Butterscotch Chips
- Preheat oven to 300u0b0F.
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients (except nuts and butterscotch chips) until well combined. Spread evenly on a large baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes. Remove sheet from the oven and stir the oats around. Return to the oven for another 5-10 minutes, or until oats are lightly golden. Remove pan from oven and place on a wire rack. Sprinkle chopped nuts and butterscotch chips over top and let cool.
- Once cooled, remove granola from baking sheet and store in an airtight container. It will keep for up to 1 week.
