Thanksgiving Side Salad

  1. Combine all dressing ingredients in a large jar, put the lid on and shake to mix. Add the apple slices into the jar and place in the refrigerator for one hour.
  2. In a large serving bowl toss spinach with dressing and apples, then top with pecans and grated cheese. Serve immediately.
